Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a psychological therapy that uses the subconscious mind, whilst in a relaxed state, to assist people to find meaningful alternatives to their present unsatisfactory ways of thinking, feeling or behaving. Hypnotherapy can also help you to become more accepting both of themselves and others and can be most useful in promoting personal development and unlocking inner potential.
The most important thing is that a client should expect to feel comfortable and at ease with their therapist. Unlike many other psychological therapies, Hypnotherapy is generally a fairly short-term approach in which beneficial changes, should become apparent within a relatively few sessions.
Like most clinical hypnotherapists I will combine hypnotherapy with other appropriate counselling and therapeutic techniques. This will be explained to you in the initial meeting.
Please note that I do not do hypnotherapy for weight management issues.
