Counselling is a talking therapy that can help you to free your mind of the thoughts and emotions that may be holding you back from making changes in your life. I can work with you, at your pace to find out what you need to become proud of who you are.
As an integrated psychotherapist I can use a range of therapies, which can be tailored to your individual circumstances.
