Counselling


Counselling is a talking therapy that can help you to free your mind of the thoughts and emotions that may be holding you back from making changes in your life. I can work with you at your pace to help you discover what you need to become proud of who you are.


 I can help you to explore and develop new coping skills in these and the following areas:
Chronic pain, depression, stress, relationship issues, anger management, grief, family, divorce, confidence and unwanted behaviours and assertiveness.
I have extensive experience in helping people with trauma after severe accidents or sexual 
assault.

We are all unique and wonderful in our individuality, but for us all, pain is pain, whether it is emotional or physical.
