ABOUT ANXIETY - new course

Many of my clients come with problems related to anxiety, which can have a devastating effect in their daily lives. Using a combination of counselling and Mindfulness I have seen some dramatic improvements in as short a time as 6 weeks. However this takes practice and dedication to practicing Mindfulness at home and some people find it easier and more rewarding to practice in a group setting.

I am putting together a course which I hope to run in March, Cambs. Some of the reasons for running a course are listed below, and if any of the following would be helpful to you please or if you have any other ideas please let me know.

1. A weekly meeting for people with anxiety and panic related disorders.
2. A regular place to meet and talk to other people with the same issues.
3. Guidance in how to manage anxiety related disorders.
4. A 6 week course on what anxiety is and how to manage it.
5. A place to meet and practice what you have learnt to control your anxiety.
6. Somewhere you can come and just be with others who share your experience.
